INGREDIENTS
Dough 1
500 g flour
10g dry instant yeast
50 g sugar
3 tablespoons vanilla
350 ml warm water
Dough 2
500 g strong bread flour
10g dry instant yeast
50 g sugar
50 g cocoa powder
350 ml warm water
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Add all the ingredients to a bowl and gradually add the warm water.
2. Mix it for about 5 minutes on medium speed, let it rest for an hour.
3. Roll out the dough, place dough 1 at the bottom and dough 2 at the top, add sugar, cinnamon and chocolate.
4. Roll the dough together, like a roulade. Let it rise for an hour. Brush the bread with some plant milk and syrup. Bake for 20-30 minutes (180 degrees).
