Vegan Chocolate & Cherry Christmas Tarts
Start the weekend right with this incredible Christmas Cosmopolitan. It's sweet, minty, and very delicious. Here's how you can make it.

Prep-time: 5-10 mins

Servings: 1 drink (depending on glass size)




INGREDIENTS

  • 10 ml vodka

  • 20 ml cointreu

  • 25 ml lime juice

  • 100 ml Cranberry juice

  • 50 ml pineapple

  • 2 tbsp sugar (for dipping the glass)

  • 3 candycanes





INSTRUCTIONS

1. Put your cocktail glass in the freezer.


2. Crush the candy canes in a mortar and pestle, add it to a plate, then add 2 tbsp of white sugar and mix it a bit. Set aside.


3. Add all the liquids to a drink mixer, followed by ice, and shake for about 15 seconds. Set aside.


4. Add syrup or lime to the edge of the glass and dip it in the sugar/candy cane powder. Then add a candy cane on the side of the glass. Pour the drink and enjoy!
