Creamy Hummus

How To Make Delicious Creamy Hummus

I love hummus so much, especially when it’s homemade! This is the recipe I always use, I’ve modified it over time and now it is absolutely perfect. Especially if you love a garlic/lemony hummus!


Ingredients

  • ¼ cup of lemon juice

  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon Pepper

  • ½ teaspoon cumin

  • ½ cup of tahini

  • 2 tablespoons of ice water (add more if needed)

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 can of chickpeas


Instructions

  1. Add garlic and lemon juice in a food processor and pulse a few times

  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until creamy (the longer you blend, the creamier it'll be)

  3. Enjoy with your favourite bread!
