The perfect treat for when you're craving something sweet but don't feel like working too hard. You'll have these babies ready in less than 15 minutes. Here's how you can make them.
Prep-time: 10 minutes
Baking time: 0
Servings: 9 squares
INGREDIENTS
3 cups rice snaps/puffs
1/4 cup agave syrup
1 cup peanut butter (smooth)
2 tbsp vanilla essence
handful peanuts (chopped)
180g dark chocolate
100g vegan white chocolate (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Start by melting the dark chocolate in a water bath. This will take anywhere between 5-10 mins for it to be completely melted.
2. While the chocolate is melting you can get started on the main bit. Add rice puffs, vanilla, peanut butter to a large bowl and mix well. Make sure your peanut butter is at room temperature, it's impossible to mix if the peanut butter is cold. You might also have to add a tiny bit of water to it before adding it to the bowl, it all depends on the brand you are using.
3. Add the mixture to a lined baking tray, add the dark chocolate and the peanuts and put it in the fridge for 5 mins. While it's cooling down you can melt the white chocolate.
4. When it's cooled for 10 minutes you can finish it off by drizzling white chocolate on top. Enjoy! :)
