Vegan Wool Roll Bread With Chocolate Filling.

INGREDIENTS
ā¢ 675g strong bread flour
ā¢ 20g sugar
ā¢ 10g yeast (instant)
ā¢ 3 tbsp oil
ā¢ 440ml water (add more if needed)
ā¢ A pinch of salt
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mix flour, sugar and yeast together.
2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix at medium speed for 5-10 mins. If you are kneading by hand it'll take between 10-15 mins (depending on your strengthš).
3. Let the dough prove for 1 hour or until it has doubled in size.
4. Divide into 8 pieces, roll it out so it's got the same size/shape as a naan bread. Cut thin lines with a knife or a bread scraper, add filling and close it, once its closed start rolling it up gently.
5. Add rolls to a greased tin or casserole of your choice, let it prove again until it gas doubled in size.
6. Glaze the bread with oat milk and syrup and bake it at 190Ā°C for 35-45 mins.
